Keto and Paleo Friendly Salad with Spicy Sardines, Avocado, Egg Whites, Parsley and Lettuce

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Wild sardines in water
  • Half of an avocado cut into small pieces
  • 2 boiled egg whites chopped
  • 1/4 cup of minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp of Chipotle lime mayo Primal Kitchen
  • 1 tbsp of coconut aminos teriyaki sauce
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Green Lettuce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl, except number 8 and 9. Place one green lettuce on the plate and add about 3 tbsp of the mixture that we created. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
