Baked Sweet Potatoes with Italian Herbs

Servings: 5 -6 portions
Ingredients
  • 2 big size sweet potatoes
  • 1 ½ tbsp of dry Italian herb mix
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cut sweet potatoes into small cubes. Mix it with other ingredients and transport it into the baking pan.

    Put aluminum foil on top of the pan.

    Bake for 30 min at 350F. Then take the foil off the pan and continue baking for 10 more min, or until it is slightly golden.
