- 1 cup of celery stalks
- 1 cup of fresh organic spinach
- 1 cup of frozen broccoli
- 1 cup of frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup of frozen sliced bananas
- 1 cup of sliced cucumber
- Pure Coconut water 17 oz or the type of water you prefer
