Quinoa Salad with Fresh Vegetables, Avocado and Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 5 olives each olive is cut into 4 cubes
- ¼ cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1/3 cup of cherry tomatoes each tomato is cut in 4 cubes
- 1 tbsp of mixed pine and pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup of minced cilantro
- 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves or any greens you prefer
- 1 avocado cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup of Feta cheese cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients (except Feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil and Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce) in a bowl.
Add extra virgin olive oil and Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce. Mix well.

Sprinkle with Fetta cheese when you serve this salad in abowl.
