Put onions and pitted prunes or apricots into the food processor and secure lid. Turn the machine on and blend it until the consistency is like a smoothie. Turn off the machine and transport mixture into the bowl.
Add ground turkey and mix it together.
Place a big size skillet on the stove over medium heat.
Add some extra virgin olive oil and put the mixture of ground turkey, onions, and apricots into the skillet and cook it until it is ready.
Stir it every 5 minutes to avoid a clumpy consistency.
Then 5 min before the turkey is ready add Tomato Basil pasta sauce, Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce, parmesan cheese and mix it all together. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Cook it for10 more minutes.
Stir this mix occasionally.
Final step
When the meat sauce is ready, add pasta to the sauce and mix it together.
Cook for 5 more min and turn off heat. Put the lid on top of the skillet. Let it sit for 15 min.
Serve it with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled over pasta.
