Combine mayonnaise, coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce, white wine, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl, and mix these ingredients with the chicken thighs.
Transport chicken thighs into a baking pan, and pour the rest of the mixture over the chicken thighs. Cover the top of the baking pan with aluminum foil, then put it into the oven.
Bake for 25 min at 400F, remove the foil in 20min and sprinkle each of the chicken thighs with parmesan cheese. Continue baking for 10-15 more minutes.
