To marinate the turkey,
In a large size saucepan add enough water to cover turkey and ingredients for turkey marinade.
Marinate turkey for 24-48 hours. Keep it in a cold place. This process will help your turkey to get soft, tender and moist.
To make a mixture to cover turkey before cooking, we will need to mix all the (sauce) ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare a roasting pan appropriate for the turkey size. Place a big piece of aluminum foil on the bottom, and make sure that you left enough of the ends of the foil to wrap the turkey from the top.
Take the turkey out of a saucepan, where it was marinated for 24 -48 hours and put it into the roasting pan.
Cover turkey with mixture that we created and put apple and orange halves inside of the turkey.
Put some fresh Italian herbs around the turkey or sprinkle it with the dry Italian herbs spice.
Cover turkey with foil and connect the ends of the foiltight from the top and the sides of turkey.
Put into the oven and roast it at 450 F for 60 min.
After 60 minutes, take it out of the oven, open the foil and turn the turkey over.
Close it back with the foil and continue to roast approximately 40 min.
In 40 min open the foil and continue to cook until turkey has a golden color, approximately 20 more minutes.
Place a saucepan on the stove over medium heat, put all the ingredients into it, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min.
Turn off the heat.
