Add extra virgin olive oil and sausages to the skille,t and sauté until the sausages are slightly golden.
Add peas and broccoli to the sausages and put the lid on. Sauté for 5 min.
Remove the lid, pour coconut milk over the sausages and sprinkle arrowroot flour.
Mix together and add salt and pepper.
Cover and cook until the gravy is slightly thick.
Turn off the heat.
You can serve it on Romaine green lettuce leaves or with any type of grains you prefer.
