Combine dates, prunes, seeds and nuts in Vitamix and blend it at an average speed to break them down into small pieces.
Put the mixture that we created into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with your hand.
Roll out a Saran wrap about 15” length on a cutting board and place 9 equal pieces on the film.
Shape a form of the bar that you desire and cover them with the same length of Saran wrap.
Put the protein-energy bar into the freezer for two hours.
