Cut the chicken breast lengthwise and sprinkle with salt from both sides.
Place chicken on grill and cook until slightly brown, then flip them to continue to cook other side.
We will have 12 grilled chicken breasts. Two pieces for each burger.
Mix Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce and of Primal Kitchen Chipotle lime mayo. Put a thin layer of this mix on the chicken breast.
Layer a kosher sandwich slice, avocado slice, tomato, lettuce, cheese, then spread sauce on top of the cheese and put the other half of the chicken breast on top.
Repeat this process with the other five chicken breasts.
You can either heat it up in a microwave for 2 min or put these burgers on the grill until the cheese melts slightly.
You can serve it warm or cold.
