Fill a microwave bag (BPA Free) with cauliflower florets and microwave for 8-10 minutes/or until soft.
While the cauliflower is being prepared, place the skillet on the stove, add 1 tbsp of Ghee and onions with mushrooms. Sauté until the vegetables are slightly brown. When vegetables and cauliflower are ready, transport them into the Vitamix. Taste and season with salt and garlic as desired. Add coconut aminos teriyaki sauce. Process until it smooth and creamy.
Serve warm and keep refrigerated.
