Keto and Paleo Friendly Salad with Spicy Sardines, Avocado, Egg Whites, Parsley and Lettuce

Ingredients
1canof Wild sardines in water
Half of an avocado cut into small pieces
2boiled egg whites chopped
1/4cupof minced parsley
1tbspof Chipotle lime mayo Primal Kitchen
1tbspof coconut aminos teriyaki sauce
Sea salt to taste
Green Lettuce
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl, except number 8 and 9. Place one green lettuce on the plate and add about 3 tbsp of the mixture that we created. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
