Toast with Avocado and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 piece of toasted bread
- 1/2 avocado
- Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- ¼ tsp of Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions

Mash or slice an avocado on top of a piece of toasted bread.
Sprinkle cilantro on avocado and put a slice of salmon on top of the toast.
Sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Recipe Notes
You can serve it with olives and tomatoes, or as your taste desires.
