Ingredients
- 2 cups of arugula
- 1 cup of half cooked green beans
- 3/4 cups of raw chopped asparagus
- 1 cup of sliced beets
- 5 oz of marinated artichoke heart
- Half of a bell pepper chopped
- 3 oz of crashed feta cheese
- Extra virgin Olive oil to taste
- Balsamic vinegar aged
- Toasted sliced almonds and pumpkin seeds
