Place a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add onions (optional) and sauté until slightly brown. Add salsa, organic spicy marinara mix, salt, garlic, Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce, and sauté for 5 min. Stir occasionally.
Drain beans and rinse under the cold tap water.
Add beans, mix with sauce, sauté for 7 min and turn off the heat.
