Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add ghee butter and melt it, add asparagus.
Stir occasionally to cover all the asparagus stalks with butter. Sauté for 5 minutes, add honey, salt and garlic. Stir all together well. Put the cover on and continue to sauté for 6 more minutes. To keep all the nutritional benefits, please, do not overcook asparagus. When asparagus is ready, it should be a little bit crunchy rather than soggy or mushy.
