Keto and Paleo Friendly Buttery Asparagus with a Touch of Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of Organic lactose free grass-fed Ghee butter
  • 1 lb of raw Asparagus about 25 stalks
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp of raw organic honey

Instructions

  1. Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add ghee butter and melt it, add asparagus.

    Stir occasionally to cover all the asparagus stalks with butter. Sauté for 5 minutes, add honey, salt and garlic. Stir all together well. Put the cover on and continue to sauté for 6 more minutes. To keep all the nutritional benefits, please, do not overcook asparagus. When asparagus is ready, it should be a little bit crunchy rather than soggy or mushy.
