Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas) with Mushrooms and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 7 oz of Garbanzo beans cooked
  • ½ of an onion chopped
  • 1 cup of shitake mushrooms or any you would prefer
  • 12 oz or about 1 ½ cup of Broccoli florets cooked
  • 1 ½ cup of Green beans cooked
  • 1 cup of chopped asparagus
  • ½ cup of green peas half cooked
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet on the stove over medium heat. 

    Add extra virgin olive oil, onions and mushrooms, sauté until onions and mushrooms slightly brown.

    Add broccoli, green beans, asparagus, green peas and garbanzo beans, cover and continue to sauté for 5-7 minutes. 

    Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and add Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce.

    Turn off the heat.
