Since I started working out, I started looking for a perfect protein-energy bar. What I realized that all the bars I was introduced to at the grocery store contain a lot of sugar or the ingredients I don’t even eat, or they are not good for my health.
That is how I came up with the idea to create my own energy bar, my perfect formula which works for me.
And here is one of the recipes I’m going to share with you today!
You can vary the recipe adding different types of fruit, berries, nuts, cocoa, chocolate fudge as well as different types of protein: plant-based, vegan, animal etc. You can easily adjust the amount of sugar, add some salt, or whatever you would like to add.
There are a lot of options to do it for you guys. You can be a creator of your own superfood. You can choose how to nourish your body and don’t have to settle with the options provided in the market.

Be your own creator!

We have a video recipe for this dish on our YouTube Channel. Click here 🙂
