Steamed Salmon with Vegetables and Italian Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of salmon about 3 Oz each
  • 2-3 florets of broccoli
  • 5-6 asparagus spears
  • 5-6 baby carrots cut in halves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian herbs mix to taste
  • Half of a lemon
  • Balsamic vinegar glaze for drizzle
  • ½ tbsp of pine and pumpkin nuts

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a steamer. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and Italian herbs. Turn on steamer and cook for 20 min. Turn off the steamer. 

    Put salmon and vegetables onto the plate and squeeze lemon over the plate.

Recipe Notes

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze.
