Toast with Goat Cheese and Pear

Course Appetizer, Breakfast
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 4 toasts

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of bread cut in half and toasted
  • 4 slices of soft goat cheese brie
  • 1/2 pear sliced
  • 1 tbsp of minced walnuts
  • 1 clove of garlic pressed or minced
  • 1 strawberry minced
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Put a slice of cheese on top of the toast and spread an extremely thin layer of pressed garlic on top of the cheese slice. 

    Put 2 or 3 pear slices on top of cheese and spread walnuts over the pear. 

    Bake it in the oven for 7 min at 350 F. 

    Take it out of the oven and put fresh strawberry pieces on top of the toast and sprinkle cinnamon over the toast.

Recipe Notes

Serve it as appetizer.

It goes well with a beautiful glass of good wine.
