Grilled Chicken Breast with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Italian herbs spices to taste
  • 1 bell pepper cut into 3-4 big pieces
  • 4 tomatoes cut in halves
  • 2 Oz of mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Carefully slice the chicken breast in half widthwise. Mix 6 chicken breast halves with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Put them on a preheated indoor grill at 400F temperature and press them tight with the grill top. Grill them for 3-4 min

    When the chicken breasts are ready, take them out of the grill and put bell pepper and mushrooms on the grill, press them tight with the grill top for 1-1.5 min. When they are ready, take them off the grill and put tomatoes on the grill, press them slightly with the top grill for 1 min. Turn off the grill.

Serve within 30 min since it is ready.
