Ingredients

  • 1 cup of celery stalks
  • 1 cup of fresh organic spinach
  • 1 cup of frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup of frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup of frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 cup of sliced cucumber
  • Pure Coconut water 17 oz or the type of water you prefer

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a Vitamix until the smoothie like consistency.

    Drink it within next 30 or 45 minutes.
