Italian Flat Bread

Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of brown rice flour or oat flour
  • ¾ cup of water
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of maple sugar or any type of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp of Whole Husk Psyllium
  • 3 tbsp of Italian herbs
  • 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, Italian herbs into a medium-size bowl. Mix it all together, and add the liquid ingredients.

  2. Mix it together, and add parmesan cheese. Mix it again.

  3. Place the parchment paper in the baking pan, and put the bread mix on the paper.

  4. Prepare the same size of the parchment paper and cover it with the small amount of extra virgin olive oil to create a thin oily layer.
  5. Put this paper with the oily side on top of the bread mix and roll it over to make a thin layer of bread.
  6. Take the parchment paper off the top of the bread.
  7. Do it slowly inch by inch to prevent the layer that we created from tearing apart.
  8. Sprinkle the top of this bread with parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake it for 15-20 min at 350F temperature.
