Lobster Salad with Mango and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked lobster and/or shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped avocado
  • ¼ cup of chopped fennel
  • 1/3 cup of chopped mango
  • 1/3 cup of minced cilantro
  • ¼ cup of Primal kitchen chipotle lime mayo or organic olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Serve it as a lunch dish or an appetizer.

    You can also serve it on a green leaf lettuce as an individual portion.
