Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of olives
  • ½ cup of goat cheese
  • 1 cup of cooked sliced beets

  • 2 tbsp of sliced almonds
  • Elsa Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to taste
  • 3 cups of Arugula
  • 10. Extra virgin olive oil to taste
