Protein Rich Smoothie with Peanut Butter “My Husband’s Favorite!”

Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of grass-fed protein powder
  • 1/3 cup of frozen organic blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of frozen organic strawberries
  • Half of a banana
  • 2 tbsp of organic peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup of ice
  • 10-16 oz of Earth Water /or any water you would prefer

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients into Vitamix and blend them well.
