Spaghetti Squash with Garlic and Italian Herbs

Course Entrées, Side Dish
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Half of an organic spaghetti squash
  • Organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbsp of fresh squeezed garlic
  • Fresh or dry thyme and oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Instructions

  1. Put a half of organic spaghetti squash into a microwave steam bag and seal the bag.

    Microwave for 4 min 30 sec.

    Let it slightly cool, then scrape into a bowl with a fork.

    Place a skillet on the stove over medium heat.

    Add olive oil and garlic. Mix garlic and olive oil.

    Add spaghetti squash and mix well.

    Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 3 min.

    Add fresh Italian herbs.

    Serve it warm and sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.
