Green Beans with Garlic

Ingredients

  • 7 oz of green beans
  • 2 cloves of garlic pressed or minced
  • 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place green beans into the saucepan and add water enough to cover the beans, add salt to taste. Bring water to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Drain beans, then mix them with extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Turn off heat.

Recipe Notes

Serve with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled over green beans. Serve as a side dish or an addition to your breakfast.
