Low Carb Gluten Free Sandwich with Sugar Free Smoked Salmon, Avocado and Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of low carb gluten free toasted bread
  • Half of an avocado
  • ½ tsp of Organic olive oil mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp of coconut aminos teriyaki sauce
  • One fried egg with runny yolk or one hardboiled egg sliced
  • 1 slice of lengthwise cut pickled cucumber
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon sugar free
  • Green lettuce the size of a piece of toasted bread
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Instructions

  1. Place one piece of toasted bread on a plate.

    Spread avocado over toast and mayonnaise on top of and avocado.

    Sprinkle with coconut aminos teriyaki sauce.

    Use a little bit of a runny yolk with a spoon to spread it over the toast.

    Add cucumber on top.

    Place one piece of fish to cover the toast and a piece of lettuce on salmon.

    Put the fried egg on a piece of salmon.

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and add a piece of salmon on top.
