French Apple Pie

I obtained this recipe from a French chef from France. While I was traveling around France I visited a café in a small town. We ordered a cup of tea and a piece of apple pie. I was so interested in the recipe for this pie that I had to ask a waiter if I could speak to the chef about the recipe. This pie became one of mine and my close friends’ favorite desserts.

We have a video recipe for this dish on our YouTube Channel. Click here 🙂
