Low Carb Protein Rich Nut Bar

Ingredients

  • 1.4 oz of macadamia nuts
  • 1 oz of walnuts
  • 1 oz of cashews
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp of gluten free baking binder
  • 1 tbsp of raw sprouted almond butter
  • 1 oz of cranberries
  • 1 oz of mix pumpkin sunflower seeds and sliced almonds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 oz of gluten free oat bran
  • 2 tbsp of organic virgin coconut oil
  • 2 scoops or 40 grams of protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine macadamia nuts, dates, walnuts, cashews, coconut oil, almond oil and oat bran into the Vitamix. Mix until the smooth like consistency.

    Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well using your hand. Place the parchment paper on a cutting board and roll out this mix to about 2 inches width. Cut it into several squares. Move the squares a little bit apart from each other and transport cutting board into a freezer. Freeze them for approximately 1 hour.
