Tilapia Fish with Cherry Tomatoes and Italian Herbs

Servings 2 - 3 portions

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of Tilapia about 0.635 Lb total weigh
  • 2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp of raw organic honey
  • Mix of fresh Italian herbs oregano, thyme, rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in halves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Italian herbs, salt and black pepper, and set aside.

    Heat a skillet to medium heat, place Tilapia into the skillet. Pour the mixture that we created over the fish. 

    Cover Tilapia well with mixture. Put the lid on, and sauté for 6 -7 min. Uncover the lid and add tomatoes, put the lid back on and continue to sauté for approximately 5 min. Turn off the heat and serve the fish.
