Sea Bass with Italian Herbs

Ingredients

  • 0.670 lb of sea bass cut into 2 pieces
  • 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • ½ tbsp of squeezed fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of capers
  • 2 tbsp of coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce
  • Mix of fresh Italian herbs Rosemary, thyme, oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place olive oil, lemon juice, coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper, Italian herbs and capers into a medium size bowl, and mix well all the ingredients. 

    Put sea bass into the bowl, and cover it well with sauce using hands. Place parchment paper on the bottom of a baking pan and transport fish into the baking pan putting it upside down. 

    Cover the top of sea bass with the parchment paper, and put it into the oven to bake at 400F for 20 min. 

    In 20 minutes, take the top layer of parchment paper off and continue to bake the dish for 10-15 more minutes.
