Banana Pancakes

Course Breakfast
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tbsp of Arrowroot flour
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl, add 1 egg, flour, salt and mix them together. 

    Place the skillet over medium heat and add extra virgin olive oil to the skillet. 

    Use a tablespoon per each pancake, while placing the mixture, that we created, on the skillet. 

    Cook them until each side has a slightly golden color.

Recipe Notes

Serve them with either strawberries, blueberries or a mix of different berries.
