Baked Asparagus Spears

Ingredients

  • 7 Oz of Asparagus spears
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place asparagus into the baking pan and sprinkle it with salt, and drizzle extra virgin olive oil over asparagus. Use your hand to mix the salt and oil with asparagus.

    Cover the baking pan with the aluminum foil and bake it for 20 min at 350F.
