Broccoli Florets Snack with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of slightly cooked broccoli florets
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of pressed fresh garlic
  • Red Chilli pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place cooked broccoli in a bowl of ice water. When the broccoli florets are chilled, add some salt and squeeze lemon over broccoli florets. Add garlic, red chili pepper (optional) and mix all the ingredients. Let it marinate for 20-30 min.

    Serve it as a side dish or snack it throughout the day.
