Bodybuilder’s Protein Rich Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 scoop of protein powder with stevia about 26gr of protein. I use Paleo protein powder “PaleoPro”
  • 1/4 cup of organic old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a Vitamix.

    Place a skillet over low medium heat.

    Add extra virgin olive oil.

    Scoop about a tablespoon on the heated skillet for each pancake.

    Cook until each side is slightly brown.

    Serve pancakes with pieces of fruits.
