Chia Seeds Pudding with Berries for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk any milk you prefer
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • ¼ cup of oat bran
  • Blueberries to taste
  • Half of a banana sliced
  • Sprouted quinoa granola to taste
  • Sliced almonds to taste
  • Mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds to taste
  • Cranberries to taste
  • Sliced kiwis to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix milk and chia seeds in a cup, and let it soak overnight to thicken, or until pudding like consistency.

    Add the rest of the ingredients, top the mix with granola and serve it right away, or keep refrigerated.
