Organic Ground Lean Grass Fed Beef with Italian Herbs and Dandelion Greens

Ingredients

  • Half of an onion chopped
  • Grass-fed ghee or any oil you prefer for cooking
  • ½ lb of grass-fed lean ground beef
  • 0.12 lb of Dandelion greens
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Italian herbs to taste
  • 3 tbsp of coconut aminos teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add ghee and onions. Sauté onions until slightly golden. 

    Add ground beef and sauté for approximately 3 minutes .Stir actively to make sure that meat is not overcooked but slightly brown. Add the dandelion greens, salt, garlic, coconut aminos teriyaki sauce and pepper, stir and cook for 3 minutes. 

    Turn heat to low and cook a few minutes more, wilting the dandelion greens, but don’t overcook, you want them to retain their brilliant green color.
