Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add ghee and onions. Sauté onions until slightly golden.
Add ground beef and sauté for approximately 3 minutes .Stir actively to make sure that meat is not overcooked but slightly brown. Add the dandelion greens, salt, garlic, coconut aminos teriyaki sauce and pepper, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn heat to low and cook a few minutes more, wilting the dandelion greens, but don’t overcook, you want them to retain their brilliant green color.
