Creamy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of precooked brussels sprouts
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion flakes to taste
  • Lemon peel to taste
  • 2 ½ tbsp of Coconut Aminos teriyaki sauce
  • 3 ½ tbsp of Almond milk or any milk you would prefer
  • 2 tbsp of Nutritional yeast
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add extra virgin olive oil and brussels sprouts. Sauté until slightly golden. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle with salt, garlic, onions, lemon peel and nutritional yeast. Add coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce and almond milk. Stir and put the lid on. Reduce the heat and sauté for 10 minutes.
