Keto and Paleo Friendly Organic Portobello Mushrooms with Organic Uncured Turkey Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 1 cup of chopped organic uncured turkey bacon
  • 2 cups of chopped organic Portobello mushroom
  • 2 tbsp of coconut aminos teriyaki sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add extra virgin olive oil, onions and turkey bacon. Sauté until slightly golden. Stir occasionally. 

     Add mushrooms and continue to sauté until mushrooms have slightly golden color. Add coconut aminos teriyaki sauce, salt, garlic and nutritional yeast. Sauté for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
