A good rule of thumb is ½ cup of everything chopped except garlic, protein powder, ginger, salt, lemon juice and water.

Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ of a Bell pepper
  • Fennel to taste
  • 1 floret of Broccoli
  • Dandelion to taste
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Avocado to taste
  • Cucumber to taste
  • 2 gloves of Fresh garlic
  • Beet Greens to taste
  • Spinach to taste
  • 20 gr of Protein powder
  • Ginger to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice half of a lemon
  • 2 cups of Liquid like water

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in Vitamix and blend until the consistency is smooth.


Recipe Notes

It is the best to drink it within 30-60 min of being made. Keep it refrigerated.
