Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add extra virgin olive oil and ground beef with onions. Sauté until slightly brown (about 10 min). Stir occasionally to prevent meat from clumping.
Add brussels sprouts and continue to sauté until brussels sprouts are slightly brown approximately for 7 min. Add salt, garlic and coconut aminos teriyaki sauce. Put the cover on and sauté for 2 -3 more minutes. Take the cover off and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Turn off the heat.
