Mix all the ingredients, except the ghee butter, avocado, salmon and balsamic in a bowl. Place a skillet on the stove over a medium heat. Add ghee. Make two pancakes out of mixture that we created and fry them from both sides until slightly brown. Make two fried eggs with the runny yolk in a separate skillet.
Transport pancakes into the plate and top with sliced avocado pieces and salmon over the avocado layer. Take the fried egg and carefully place it on top of salmon. Garnish with herbs like parsley or cilantro, or either one you like. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar if you prefer.
