Keto Friendly Green Beans with Toasted Almonds, Pine Nuts and Pumpkins Seeds

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups of slightly cooked green beans
  2. 1/3 cup of mixed crashed or sliced almonds, pine nuts and pumpkins seeds
  3. 1 tbsp of Organic grass fed butter
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Garlic to taste

If the green beans uncooked cook them for 2 min, then drain. 

Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat, add nuts and seeds. Toast for 3 min, add butter, as soon as once melted, add green beans. Toss with nuts and seeds. Season with salt and dry garlic.

Sauté for 2 min and turn off the heat.
