Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sweet potatoes chopped
  • 2 cups of cut in halves or four parts Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • Half of an onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup of fresh green peas
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add extra virgin olive oil, onions and mushrooms. Sauté until slightly brown. Add Brussels sprouts and potatoes and continue to sauté until vegetables are tender and have slightly brown color. Add green peas, salt and garlic . Sauté for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
