I can hear sometimes that people say that they eat healthily but still gain weight. I would love to give you some suggestions about that.

1. Portion Control 

Can you believe that smaller portions of food is the Key to Longevity and Feeling Vibrant! Please, watch your portions, make sure that is not bigger than the size of your palm.

2. Add protein to your first meal of the day

Protein is a very important macronutrient for losing weight. If you are a person who eats breakfast or, if you skip it and eat your lunch, do not forget to add protein to your first meal of the day! It should be about 25-30% of calories. It will keep you full longer.

3. Cut and Watch your Carbs!

If you gain weight instead of losing it, cut down your carbohydrates consumption and make sure that your carbs are mostly vegetables, leafy greens, and some fruit. Reduce to a minimum the number of processed carbs like grains and sugar, they create inflammation in your body. 4. Eat Whole Foods

Food quality is very important. Always remember, that many processed foods that are marked as “Healthy food” can contain preservatives, hidden sugar, lots of sodium, etc. Next time pick a real whole food. You Deserve it!

5. Eat Mindfully!

Eating slowly, carefully chewing each bite is a key to lose weight. Yes, you will eat your meal longer. However, with just one meal your beautiful body will feel satisfied and you won’t be hungry.


6. Exercise

Move your body! It will prevent metabolic slowdown and keep your body toned and muscular!

7. Skip at least one meal a day

Are you familiar with Intermittent Fasting? When you fast for more than 14 hours a day you let your digestive system rest and your body burns glucose. When your glycogen level gets depleted, your body starts using ketonesto fuel it up and that is the moment, where the miracle happens. Your body is burning fat for fuel, that is how ketones are being created. Start with 14 hours of fasting, including your sleeping hours and compress your eating hours into 10 hours. See how you feel.
