Shrimp Paste with Avocado

Servings 23 crackers with paste on top

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp
  • 1 avocado finely chopped or mashed
  • ½ cup of minced cilantro
  • 2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1 tbsp of coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Cocktail sauce for shrimp Whole Foods market brand

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp into a blender and blend it into almost smooth consistency.
  2. Add avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce to the shrimp blend, and mix well.

Recipe Notes

Serve it with a spoon of gluten free crackers or chips with a small amount of cocktail sauce on top of each serving.
